Don't be afraid to shake things up a bit. Email marketing is the best medium to test in and get measurable, real time results. Whether it's a new list, subject line or creative, enhancing an existing marketing campaign through email can prove to be very profitable. Also don't be afraid to stretch beyond the box we sometimes get ourselves into. Cross pollinate within your email program, strengthening it by incorporating social media and marketing.

Give one valuable piece of advice to email marketers.
A clean, high-quality list is the most valuable asset to an email marketer. Make sure yours starts off clean by only adding pure opt-in subscribers to your list, and keep it healthy by performing a re-engagement campaign every 3-6 months. This will help to not only improve your overall reputation, but also to ensure you get the most out of your email marketing program. After all, it's the most active, engaged subscribers that will show you the highest return on your investment.

If you could go anywhere in the world on vacation, where would you go?
I would spend at least week at each of the seven wonders of the world trying to uncover some sort of mystery Indiana Jones style, live for the adventure, appreciate what was in front of me, sip on some vino, and just take it all in. OR, maybe circumnavigate the globe with a few friends, on a huge sailboat!
